The Racoon Club

The Racoon Club serves as a dedicated community hub within the Gilberton area, situated along the active Plenty Road corridor. This establishment focuses on providing a straightforward pub experience, prioritising social interaction and local entertainment over complex dining menus. Patrons often visit for the relaxed atmosphere, which is defined by its unpretentious decor and emphasis on fostering a welcoming environment for the diverse demographic of Melbourne's northern suburbs. Located a short distance from the Ray Bramham Gardens, the venue is a primary destination for those interested in the regional live music scene. The interior features space for bands and solo artists, alongside well-maintained pool tables that attract regular players. By maintaining a consistent schedule of events and a curated list of Australian beers and spirits, the establishment remains a staple for Gilberton locals and visitors from surrounding districts who value authentic, community-focused nightlife options.
