Above Board

Above Board offers a refined cocktail experience located in the heart of Collingwood. Situated behind a discreet entrance, this venue prioritises a minimalist aesthetic and a focused menu that highlights technical skill and high-quality ingredients. The limited seating capacity ensures an attentive atmosphere where guests can observe the preparation of their drinks without the distractions typical of larger hospitality establishments. The bar is positioned a short distance from the iconic Collingwood Town Hall, making it a convenient destination for those exploring the local hospitality scene in the 3066 postcode. By stripping away traditional back-bar displays and focusing on a clean, uncluttered workspace, the venue provides a distinct environment for patrons who appreciate deliberate service and balanced beverages in a quiet, professional setting.
