Philter Brewing

Philter Brewing is located in the industrial heart of Marrickville, housed within a repurposed warehouse. The venue serves as both a production brewery and a multi-level hospitality space, featuring a street-level bar and a dedicated rooftop area known as Marrickville Palms. Visitors can view the brewing equipment from the main bar while sampling a core range that includes lagers, pale ales, and seasonal releases. The kitchen focuses on casual dining options designed to complement the beer selection, providing a consistent menu for lunch and dinner service throughout the week. Situated a short walk from Sydenham Station, the brewery contributes to the established craft beer trail within the Inner West. The interior maintains an industrial aesthetic with neon signage and retro design elements, reflecting the brand’s distinct visual identity. The venue accommodates large groups and offers a functional space for social gatherings, making it a central point for residents and visitors exploring the local area. Its proximity to other independent breweries allows for easy navigation between different tasting rooms within the suburb.
