The Grifter Brewing Co.

The Grifter Brewing Co. is located in Enmore, housed within a converted industrial space that previously functioned as a commercial laundry. This independent brewery focuses on producing a variety of beer styles, including pale ales, pilsners, and fruit-infused sours. The taproom provides visitors with a direct view of the brewing equipment, maintaining a clear connection between production and service. Customers can choose from a rotating tap list or purchase tinned beverages for off-site consumption. Situated a short walk from the Enmore Theatre, the venue serves as a central point for the local community and visitors to the Inner West. The interior features brick walls and high ceilings, offering ample space for patrons to gather. While the brewery primarily focuses on its beverage menu, it often hosts external food vendors to provide meals for guests. Its position in Enmore makes it easily accessible via public transport from surrounding suburbs.
