Biggera Waters Neighbourhood Police Beat

Biggera Waters Neighbourhood Police Beat serves as a dedicated point of contact for residents in Runaway Bay seeking assistance with non-emergency law enforcement matters. This facility focuses on community-based policing, aiming to foster stronger relationships between the Queensland Police Service and local citizens. Officers stationed here manage local enquiries, provide crime prevention information, and address specific neighbourhood concerns to improve public safety and security within the northern Gold Coast region. Located near the Runaway Bay Centre, the police beat offers an accessible location for community members to engage with officers outside of a traditional large-scale station environment. By maintaining a consistent presence in the area, the team helps deter local crime and provides a proactive approach to suburban safety. The facility operates as a vital link for those living near the Broadwater, ensuring that essential police services remain reachable for the local population.
