Casino Indoor Sports Centre

Casino Indoor Sports Centre serves as a primary hub for indoor athletics and community recreation in the Northern Rivers district. Located within driving distance of Lower Dyraaba, the venue accommodates several disciplines including netball, basketball, volleyball, and futsal. The facility features standard-sized courts designed to host both competitive league matches and casual training sessions. By providing a sheltered environment, the centre ensures that local sporting schedules remain unaffected by seasonal weather changes or high temperatures typical of the region. Visitors from surrounding areas often combine their sporting activities with trips to nearby landmarks such as the Richmond River, which flows through the heart of the town. The centre facilitates social interaction through organised rosters and graded competitions suitable for various skill levels. Staff manage court bookings for schools, private groups, and professional associations requiring a reliable indoor space. Its proximity to the main transport corridors makes it accessible for residents of Lower Dyraaba seeking structured fitness opportunities and team-based sports outside of traditional outdoor settings.
