Damian Leeding Memorial Park

Damian Leeding Memorial Park serves as a central recreational hub in Oxenford, offering a variety of outdoor amenities around Regatta Lake. The park features a nearly four-kilometre walking and cycling track that circles the water, providing a flat surface suitable for all fitness levels. Visitors have access to multiple shaded picnic tables and electric barbecue stations distributed throughout the grounds. The facility includes a large playground and a dedicated fenced area specifically designed for off-leash dog exercise. Located a short distance from Warner Bros. Movie World, this park provides a functional space for outdoor activities and social gatherings. Rowing and model boat enthusiasts frequently utilise the lake, while the surrounding grassed areas accommodate large groups and community events. Public toilets and drinking water stations are available on-site to support extended stays. The park remains a primary destination for residents in the northern Gold Coast region seeking well-maintained public spaces for exercise and leisure.
