Fortitude Coffee Roasters

Fortitude Coffee Roasters serves as a central point for coffee production and service within the Kelvin Grove area. The facility combines a functional roasting warehouse with a minimalist retail counter, allowing customers to observe the roasting process while purchasing beverages. This establishment prioritises the sourcing of high-quality green beans, which are roasted in small quantities to ensure consistency and flavour clarity. Patrons can access a rotating menu of seasonal blends and single-origin options prepared as espresso or filter coffee. Located a short distance from the Victoria Park parklands, the venue caters to a diverse demographic including commuters and local professionals. Beyond its retail operations, the business provides wholesale solutions and technical support for other cafes across Brisbane. The Kelvin Grove location also offers a range of brewing equipment and accessories for home enthusiasts. By maintaining a focus on technical precision and bean provenance, the roastery provides a reliable resource for specialty coffee within the inner-north suburbs.
