Men's Shed 100

Men's Shed 100 serves as a community hub in Jindalee, offering a practical workspace where members engage in various handiwork activities. The facility focuses on fostering social inclusion and mental wellbeing by providing a structured environment for wood and metal craftsmanship. Participants work on individual tasks or group projects that often benefit local schools and charity organisations. This venue facilitates the exchange of technical knowledge between experienced tradespeople and those looking to develop new practical skills. Located near the Jindalee Boat Ramp on the Brisbane River, this centre plays a vital role in the social fabric of the western suburbs. The shed operates on scheduled days, allowing residents of Jindalee and surrounding areas to connect over shared interests. Membership provides access to specialised tools and equipment that are typically unavailable in home garages. By prioritising safety and camaraderie, the organisation maintains a functional space that encourages active participation in community life.
