Mono Dining operates on Railway Terrace in Milton, offering a focused approach to modern Japanese cuisine. Patrons select from multi-course tasting menus that change regularly to reflect ingredient availability. The interior design reflects a minimalist aesthetic, providing a quiet environment suitable for focused dining experiences. It is situated a short distance from Suncorp Stadium, making it a destination for those visiting the local precinct. The beverage programme at this establishment complements the food through a diverse range of Japanese sake, craft beers, and Australian wines.
