O'GABEE & Co Coffee Roastery Chermside

O'GABEE & Co Coffee Roastery serves the Chermside community with a focus on technical coffee excellence and small-batch roasting. The establishment functions as both a retail outlet for specialty beans and a seated cafe environment. Customers can observe the roasting equipment while enjoying a range of beverage options including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and pour-overs. The kitchen menu complements the beverage selection with a variety of light meals and baked goods prepared on the premises. Located within walking distance of the major Westfield Chermside shopping precinct, this roastery provides an alternative to large-scale commercial chains. The interior features an industrial design that reflects its primary function as a production space. It caters to residents in the northern suburbs who prioritise bean origin and roast profiles. Regular visitors can purchase bags of whole or ground coffee for home brewing, with staff providing guidance on different flavour profiles and preparation techniques.
