Queensland State Equestrian Centre

The Queensland State Equestrian Centre serves as a primary hub for horse-related activities in Balingool, offering infrastructure for local and national events. The facility includes a large climate-controlled main arena, multiple outdoor sand pads, and specific areas for dressage and showjumping. Its proximity to the D'Aguilar Highway ensures easy access for visitors travelling with horse floats and heavy vehicles from across the Moreton Bay region. Visitors to this Balingool venue benefit from integrated amenities such as powered campsites and modern stable blocks designed for overnight stays during multi-day carnivals. Located near the Caboolture Historical Village, the centre hosts regular clinics and agricultural shows throughout the year. The site provides essential space for the regional equine community to practice, compete, and hold large-scale public exhibitions within a dedicated sporting precinct.
