Six of One Coffee Roasters

Six of One Coffee Roasters serves the Toowoomba City community with a dedicated focus on the craft of bean roasting. Located within the central business district, the venue functions as both a production space and a retail cafe. Patrons can observe the roasting process while selecting from a rotating menu of single-origin beans and signature blends. The interior features a minimalist, functional design that prioritises the coffee experience, offering a space for residents and workers to engage with the local coffee culture. The establishment is positioned a short distance from the Empire Theatre, making it a convenient stop for those visiting the cultural precinct. Beyond beverage service, the business provides a range of brewing equipment and wholesale opportunities for other regional hospitality venues. This focus on the technical aspects of coffee production ensures a consistent product for regular visitors. The kitchen prepares a selection of light meals and snacks that complement the diverse flavour profiles of the daily roasts available on the brew bar.
