The Bagel Boys

The Bagel Boys operates on Adelaide Street in the heart of Brisbane, offering a menu focused on traditional bagel production techniques. Each bagel is kettle-boiled and stone-baked daily to ensure a dense, chewy texture. Customers can choose from several bagel varieties, including plain, sesame, poppy seed, and blueberry, paired with various house-made schmears or substantial fillings. The shop serves the local workforce and visitors seeking a reliable breakfast or lunch option that deviates from standard sandwich offerings. Situated near the Anzac Square War Memorial, this central location makes it accessible for those commuting through the city or exploring the nearby retail precincts. The menu includes classic combinations like smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers, alongside contemporary options featuring avocado or grilled meats. As a specialist baker, the business focuses on quality ingredients and consistent preparation methods. Its position on Adelaide Street ensures it remains a convenient stop for pedestrian traffic throughout the weekday morning and afternoon periods.
