The North Room

The North Room operates as a boutique bistro in Mermaid Beach, offering a refined approach to contemporary dining. The venue prioritises a minimalist aesthetic and a focused menu that changes regularly to reflect the availability of seasonal produce. Guests can select from a range of small and large share plates designed to highlight specific regional flavours, accompanied by a selection of independent Australian and international wines. Located on the Gold Coast Highway, the restaurant is positioned a short distance south of the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. It provides an alternative to larger commercial venues by maintaining a limited number of tables to ensure a controlled and consistent dining experience. The kitchen focuses on technical execution and balanced flavours, making it a reliable destination for residents and visitors within the 4218 postcode seeking a professional culinary environment.
