About Öbake Bakery
Öbake Bakery operates as a boutique pâtisserie and bread specialist located in the suburb of Ascot. The establishment focuses on a fusion of traditional French techniques and Japanese flavours, resulting in products such as miso-infused pastries and shokupan. Customers visit the storefront for a range of daily baked items, including croissants and sourdough varieties that use high-quality flour and long fermentation processes.
Situated near the Eagle Farm Racecourse, this bakery serves as a destination for those exploring the Racecourse Road precinct. The menu prioritises fresh production, with items often selling out before midday due to the small-batch nature of the kitchen. Locals and visitors to the 4007 postcode area access the shop for takeaway coffee and specialty treats that differ from standard Australian bakery fare.
